A Campaign for the Flexible Staffing Pool

This campaign brought in a large number of applications in a short time.We launched it with a rich mix of authentic testimonials and real-life footage of client and colleague interactions, and it hit exactly the right chord with our target audience.

Thanks to careful targeting and an engaging narrative, we were able to make a real impact in tackling the ongoing talent shortage in the healthcare sector.

Starting point

GGz Breburg was looking for support workers, nurses and care assistants (level 3) for its flexible staffing pool. Healthcare has a major shortage of people, and it's particularly difficult to find enough experienced staff for a flexible pool.

Approach

We set up a campaign on Facebook and Instagram with stories from staff and footage from daily work with clients and colleagues. Each role had its own short application form. Our team added the candidates per role to a dedicated talent pool in our recruitment system and followed up with them there.

Period

The campaign ran from late December 2024 to late March 2025. The hires followed between February and July 2025. The figures below only count our own campaign and sourcing.
