Cookie policy

This is the cookie policy of SocialFind B.V. ("SocialFind", "we" or "us"), located at Sportweg 15, 5037 AC Tilburg, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95334505. It explains which cookies we use on www.socialfind.com and www.socialfind.nl (the "Website"), what we use them for and how you can change your choice. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit the Website. They cannot damage your device. On a later visit the stored information can be read back, for example to remember your language or your cookie preference. By cookies we also mean similar techniques, such as local storage.

Necessary and functional (always on)

These cookies are needed to make the Website work properly and to understand how visitors find us. They contain no personal data and are not shared with third parties.

• cookie_consent: remembers your cookie choice. Retention 12 months.
• sf_attr: remembers through which channel you first and most recently reached our Website (for example LinkedIn, Google or an ad) and on which page you arrived. This cookie contains no identifier; we use it only to learn which channels lead to enquiries. Retention 90 days.
• NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your language.

Statistics (only with your consent)

• Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_*): measures visits, page views, scrolling and clicks on buttons, videos and forms. We have configured Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly way: IP addresses are not stored and data is not shared for Google's advertising purposes. Retention 14 months.

Marketing and CRM (only with your consent)

• HubSpot (cookies hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc): links your visit to your contact details once you submit our contact form, so we can answer your question in the right context. Retention 6 months.

Without your consent we do not place statistics or marketing cookies and we do not send any data to Google or HubSpot.

Some pages contain third-party content, such as videos. Those parties may place their own cookies once you play the content. We have no control over this; please refer to the privacy policy of the party concerned.

On your first visit we ask for your choice. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Please note that some parts of the Website may then work less well.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, and to object to its processing.
