What does RPO cost at SocialFind?
RPO at SocialFind starts at EUR 6,500 per month, all-inclusive within the agreed scope and with no placement fees. The media budget is part of it. For that fee you get a complete recruitment team that runs your entire funnel under your own name. We work in three forms: full RPO, co-sourced RPO and project RPO.

A fee per placement rewards placing fast. A fixed rate rewards hiring well.
What do you get for this fee?
Not a single service, but a complete recruitment team. Depending on your challenge, the partnership covers: strategy, content, filming and editing, campaigns and advertising, application funnels, sourcing and automated sourcing, Thought Leader Recruitment, candidate follow-up, assessment, management of your applicant tracking system, candidate nurturing, reporting and continuous improvement. So the scope is not "so many ads" or "so many recruiter hours", but a concrete hiring challenge we deploy the right mix on. That can be a defined group of vacancies, a few difficult or expensive roles, or your entire recruitment. How that works step by step is in our way of working.
How does the media budget work?
The media budget is included in the monthly fee, within the agreed scope. No service fee with media budget, content or tooling added on top. If your scope calls for more reach, for instance because you are hiring for several vacancies or regions at once, we agree on that upfront and put it in the proposal.
Pay per hire, or a hire guarantee?
Neither, and that is a deliberate choice: a fee per placement rewards placing fast, a fixed fee rewards hiring well. What we do guarantee, and the alternative if you want to buy per vacancy, is in the questions at the bottom of this page. The difference between the two payment models is in RPO or no cure no pay.
How does this compare with agency recruitment and your own recruiter?
Recruitment agencies in the Netherlands charge on average around 25 percent of the gross annual salary per placement, usually between 20 and 35 percent (YoungCapital, Kosten werving en selectie). For a senior role that easily means 20,000 euros or more for one hire. For roughly one such fee, a complete recruitment machine can sometimes run with us for months, building content, reach, data, processes and employer brand along the way. A freelance recruiter in the Netherlands charges on average 88 euros an hour excluding VAT (Knab, freelance recruiter rates, 2026); at four days a week that is over 12,000 euros a month, for one person. For that cost you get a whole multidisciplinary team with us, without depending on one individual. If you have one standard vacancy and no structural need, a one-off fee is sometimes cheaper. We will tell you so.
When does it pay for itself?
As soon as hiring is no longer an incident. Open vacancies cost revenue, production capacity or expensive contractors: think of five seconded technicians at more than a hundred euros an hour because your maintenance department is understaffed. The longer the partnership runs and the better we work together, the more scalable the cost per hire becomes. In the business case for RPO we list every cost item, and the recruitment diagnosis quickly shows what your situation needs.

Frequently asked questions about our rates
The partnership starts at EUR 6,500 per month. For that you get complete recruitment, all-inclusive within the agreed scope. The media budget is part of it. There are no placement fees. What you pay exactly depends on scope, capacity and the number and type of vacancies; we set that out in the quote.
No. You pay for the agreed recruitment capacity and scope, not per hire. That's a deliberate choice: a fee per placement rewards placing fast, a fixed rate rewards hiring well. In our comparison of RPO and no cure no pay, you can read why that difference matters so much for your hiring costs.
The media budget is part of the monthly fee, within the agreed scope. We use it to run campaigns on the channels where your candidates are, from social media to targeted job campaigns. The budget goes entirely to reach, not to our hours. If your scope calls for more reach, we agree that upfront and set it out in the quote.
You do not have to decide that upfront. We work in three forms: full RPO, where we take over the recruitment challenge largely or entirely; co-sourced RPO, where we work alongside your own team and add expertise and capacity where needed; and project RPO, for a defined period, audience, business unit or region. Which form fits, we determine together based on your recruitment challenge.
If you have one easy-to-fill vacancy and no structural hiring need, a one-off recruitment and selection fee can work out cheaper. If you hire structurally, separate fees pile up, while with us you spread one fixed monthly rate across all your hires. On top of that, every campaign builds your own employer brand instead of an agency's.
No, there is no hire guarantee. Guaranteeing a placement and tying your fee to it puts you right back near the no cure no pay model we deliberately moved away from. What we do guarantee are the parts we control: execution, speed (new candidates followed up within one working day), transparency, reporting, output and getting the most out of the market. And if we do not deliver structurally, a client does not stay. Our reason to exist is delivering results.
No, not even on request. No cure no pay runs against the way we recruit: a fee per placement rewards placing fast, a fixed fee rewards hiring well. What is possible is a defined project around one specific vacancy or hiring question, for instance a difficult or expensive role where the alternative agency fee would easily run into tens of thousands of euros. You buy that project as a project, not paid only upon a placement.
