Recruitment marketing
Being visible where your candidates actually are, with content, campaigns and funnels that deliver applications instead of just reach.

What is recruitment marketing?
Recruitment marketing is the combination of audience strategy, employer content, paid media and application funnels that employers use to reach and activate the right candidates. At SocialFind, it's one of the tools within the RPO approach: we use it when visibility and content make the difference for your vacancies.
How we determine the mixPart of a bigger approach
Recruitment marketing is one of the tools within our RPO approach. We use it when candidates need to be activated through targeted visibility and content. For other roles, sourcing, Thought Leader Recruitment or a combination can be more effective.
That's why we don't sell standalone campaigns. First we determine what works for each vacancy; recruitment marketing joins the mix once the target audience can be reached and convinced through media and content. Think of practical and operational roles, or employers with name recognition but too few applications.
Recruitment marketing or job marketing?
Job marketing focuses on promoting specific vacancies; recruitment marketing is the broader umbrella that also covers audience strategy, employer content, retargeting and funnel optimization. In practice, they blend into each other. Take a look at job marketing too.
Content that convinces
Real people, real work
Generic vacancy texts and stock photos convince no one. We create video, photography and stories featuring real colleagues: content that shows what the work is really like and why someone would want to work for you. That content runs under your name, so every campaign also builds your employer brand.

The building blocks of recruitment marketing
Six components that together form one machine. Never sold separately, always tailored to your vacancies.
- Audience strategy
- Where is your target audience, what motivates them and which message lands? That's where every campaign starts.
- Employer content
- Video, photography and stories featuring real colleagues: content that shows what the work is really like.
- Paid media
- Campaigns on the channels where your target audience is: from Meta and TikTok to LinkedIn and Google.
- Application funnels
- Short, mobile-friendly funnels that remove barriers instead of raising them.
- Retargeting
- Reaching doubters again with the right follow-up story, until they're ready to respond.
- Data & optimization
- Measuring applications and hires per channel, not likes and reach.
Focused on hires
A click isn't a candidate yet
Recruitment marketing is strong when the target audience can be reached through media and volume is needed: multiple vacancies, recurring inflow or roles with heavy competition. But our responsibility doesn't stop at the click. Applications are followed up and screened quickly, and per channel we track applications, qualified candidates and hires. For very scarce specialists or executive roles, personal outreach beats ads; we'll tell you that honestly too.
