We were looking for talent with experience in high-end bathroom services. For Het Badhuys (Breda) we attracted several experienced plumbers, sales advisers and more in a short space of time. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Starting point
Het Badhuys in Breda designs and builds luxury bathrooms and was looking for people who could match that standard: experienced plumbers and trainee plumbers, sales advisers, a work planner, a warehouse manager and a content manager. Good plumbers have plenty of work and rarely respond to a vacancy.
Approach
We created a separate campaign per role on Facebook and Instagram, with a short application form for mobile. A second version of the campaign followed for the sales adviser and trainee plumber roles.
Period
The campaigns ran intermittently from August 2023 to December 2025 inclusive. The figures below only count applications via our own forms.
