Holland Pharma was looking for a pricing manager and a sourcing manager. For management roles like these in wholesale, the pool of suitable people is small, and most already have a good job.

Approach

We set up a separate campaign for both roles on Facebook and Instagram, with a short application form for mobile. Our team added the candidates per vacancy to our recruitment system and followed up with them there.

Period

The campaigns ran for four weeks, from early May to early June 2024. The figures below only count applications and candidates from our own campaigns and sourcing.
