Market Leader in QHSE Consultancy
Since early 2025, we've been the dedicated recruitment partner of the Dutch market leader in QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) Consultancy: Kader Group.
The campaign had to strike the right balance: professional, but fresh. So we sat down together to figure out how we could convey this style, in line with Kader's existing branding, across the dozens of videos we created to run as social media ads.
The result? Spot on, according to all the correct quality guidelines.

Starting point
Kader Group advises organisations on quality, health, safety and environment and was looking for consultants and advisers: intermediate safety experts, HSE and occupational safety advisers, QHSE, machine safety and tunnel safety consultants, and an information security officer. These people have a specific qualification and are in demand across the whole market.
Approach
We made videos in Kader's house style and set up campaigns per role on Facebook and Instagram, with a short application form for mobile. For some of the roles, we also approached candidates directly via LinkedIn. Our team added all candidates per vacancy to our recruitment system and followed up with them there.
Period
The campaigns have been running since May 2025. The figures below go up to and including 10 September 2026 and only count applications, candidates and hires from our own campaigns and sourcing.
