Starting point
OWOW was first looking for a front-end developer and a digital designer, and from late October 2024 also for a digital product manager. Every digital agency is competing for those profiles, and good candidates are approached more often than they apply themselves.
Approach
We set up a campaign per role on Facebook and Instagram, with a short application form for mobile. Our team added the candidates per vacancy to our recruitment system and followed up with them there.
Period
The campaigns ran from late August to early December 2024; the last candidate entered our recruitment system on 24 December. The figures below only count applications and candidates from our own campaigns and sourcing.
