Screening and follow-up
A good candidate drops out when follow-up is slow or messy. We screen carefully, call quickly and keep candidates warm through to the interview, under your name.

What is candidate follow-up in recruitment?
Candidate follow-up is everything that happens between application and interview: fast contact, careful screening, clear communication and a warm handover to the hiring manager. Within SocialFind's RPO approach this is a fixed link in the chain, because without fast follow-up even the best campaign evaporates.

Screening and candidate follow-up is one of the tools within our RPO approach. We set it up as soon as there are applicants or approached candidates, whether they come in through recruitment marketing, active sourcing or your own channels. To find out which mix your vacancies need, start with our approach.
Candidates rarely apply to just one employer at a time. Wait days to respond, and you're talking to someone who is already in conversation elsewhere. Speed without care gets you nowhere either: that's why we define screening criteria per vacancy up front, together with you and the hiring manager. That prevents discussions afterwards and means you only receive candidates who really matter.
Screening also means working with personal data. We handle that with care: we only use data for the purpose the candidate shared it for, we align retention periods with your policy and the candidate always knows on whose behalf we're calling. Because everything happens white-label, the candidate relationship stays with your organization.

STEP 1
First contact, fast and personal
Shortly after the application or response, we get in touch by phone, on behalf of your organization. No silences in which doubt grows: the candidate knows right away where they stand and what the next step will be.

STEP 2
Screening & qualification
We assess against the criteria we defined with you and the hiring manager up front: hard requirements, preferences and dealbreakers. Every screened candidate comes with a clear interview report covering motivation, experience and expectations.

STEP 3
Warm handover to the hiring manager
No CV tossed over the fence, but context and advice, so the interview is substantive from the very first minute. After that we keep the candidate warm through to the decision: confirmations, reminders and personal contact around the appointment.
