Brekerz demolishes and renovates and was looking for foremen, assistant foremen and a back-office employee. Anyone good at demolition has plenty of work, so few experienced people respond to a standard vacancy.
Approach
We made videos on site that appeal to the target audience and linked them to a short application form per role. Our team followed up quickly with applicants via WhatsApp and scheduled interviews directly with Brekerz.
