Methorst

Methorst is the go-to specialist in suction and blowing technology. Whether it’s roof gravel, soil, shells or sand; they are the ultimate alternative to traditional digging and shoveling. We supported Methorst in finding both office staff and field workers (earthmoving specialists), and with great success. The campaign delivered the right people in no time, combining smart targeting with a strong employer brand message.

Tough Jobs Need Tough People

Big yellow trucks, powerful suction and blowing systems, and a team full of smiling hard workers (or “beunbazen,” as we like to say). At least, that’s what we saw.

But when you’re not familiar with the world of heavy-duty work, it’s hard to know what grabs the attention of digital passersby: your future applicants. That’s where we step in. We know exactly what works and how to turn it into bold, scroll-stopping short-form content.

Methorst was struggling to fill roles, both in the field and at the office. Not anymore.

Starting point

Methorst was looking for people for both the field and the office at the same time: groundworkers for Woudenberg and Venlo, an infrastructure project leader, a planner and an all-round technical employee. A standard job advert for groundwork attracts few applicants, and anyone unfamiliar with the work doesn't see what makes it appealing.

Approach

We made short videos on site and set up a separate campaign per role on Facebook and Instagram, for the groundworkers also per location. Each campaign has a short application form for mobile. Our team added the candidates per vacancy to our recruitment system and followed up with them there. A second version of the campaign followed later for the groundworker role.

Period

The campaigns ran from November 2024 to June 2026 inclusive. The figures below only count candidates and hires from our own campaigns and sourcing in that period.
