Starting point
Willy Naessens builds large projects, such as concrete distribution centres, from design through to installation, all in-house. For this, the company is looking for many different skilled professionals: estimators, structural engineers, modellers, work planners, site managers, project leaders, crane operators and fitters.
Approach
We set up a separate campaign per role on Facebook and Instagram, with a short application form for mobile. A second version of the campaign followed for the estimator and work planner roles. The project leader vacancy was also posted on LinkedIn. Our team added all candidates per vacancy to our recruitment system and followed up with them there.
Period
The campaigns have been running since November 2024. The figures below go up to and including 8 September 2026 and only count applications, candidates and hires from our own campaigns and sourcing.
