Rock vs Classical?

Because what happens when you swap the expected rock music in tough recruitment videos for production workers… with classical music? Well, you get a beautiful combination of graceful craftsmanship and rugged men performing it.

JWM Metaalservice was looking for people for the production hall and for the office: press brake operators, a CNC machinist, a tube laser cutting operative, a working foreman and a head of estimating and work planning. Skilled metalworkers are scarce, and most aren't actively looking for a new job.
Approach
We filmed the work in the hall and created a separate campaign per role on Facebook and Instagram, with a short application form for mobile. For the press brake operator role, we made two versions of the campaign. Our team added the candidates per vacancy to our recruitment system and followed up with them there.
Period
The campaigns ran from June 2024 to October 2025 inclusive. The figures below only count candidates and hires from our own campaigns and sourcing in that period.
