Technical talent with an affinity for steel!
Despite the shortage of technical talent, our RPO approach helped JM van Delft & Zn fill roles that are hard to fill. Even in a tight market the cost per hire stays manageable: you pay a fixed monthly fee within the agreed scope, instead of a fee per placement. We set to work on the following vacancies:

Starting point
JM van Delft & zn in Drunen builds facades from aluminium, steel and stainless steel and was looking for technical and office roles: draughtsmen and work planners, estimators, production employees and a controller. Technical talent with experience in steel and aluminium is scarce.
Approach
We set up a campaign per role on Facebook and Instagram, with a short application form for mobile. For the draughtsman and controller roles, we also approached candidates directly. Our team added all candidates per vacancy to our recruitment system and followed up with them there.
Period
We have been recruiting for JM van Delft since February 2023, running a campaign as soon as a vacancy opens up. We count candidates and hires in our recruitment system from December 2023 onwards.
