Driven by data
Every campaign, every funnel and every follow-up generates signals. We use them to make your recruitment a little better every week. No gut feeling, but proof.

What is data-driven recruitment?
Data-driven recruitment means basing your hiring decisions on measured results instead of gut feeling: which channel delivers applications, where candidates drop out and which message converts. At SocialFind this is a fixed part of the RPO approach: we measure the full funnel and adjust continuously.
How we measure resultsData that goes back into the operation
The tooling is not the difference. The difference comes when every tool forms one integrated process and the data continuously flows back into the operation: where is the chain breaking, and what do we change this week?
Data and optimization are the final piece of our RPO approach: the step that turns a one-off campaign into a learning system.
Why data makes the difference
No two vacancies are ever the same. What works for your mechanics doesn't automatically work for your work planners. By measuring what happens per role and per channel, you quickly see where budget pays off and where it leaks away. That knowledge compounds: every campaign makes the next one better.
From measuring to adjusting
Measuring alone isn't enough, it's about what you do with it. If an ad underperforms, we replace it. If candidates drop out in the funnel, we adjust that step. If the quality of the inflow declines, we sharpen targeting or qualification. Everything we measure shows up in the reporting: no black box, but the same numbers we steer by.
Part of that adjusting is the question of who sits behind a search term. We answered that question term by term across every search term around hiring on 26 August 2026, and the employer share came out lower than the volume suggests: Does search volume tell you anything about applicants?
The same goes for the word in the job title: the label from your job architecture is barely typed in anywhere else, and the vacancy drops out of the results before there is anything to measure. Which elements to swap one at a time, and what to watch while you do, is set out in How do you write a job advert that works?
Why steer on genuine applications rather than leads? In half of our campaigns with at least three adverts and leads reported by Meta (19 of the 38, campaigns started from August 2024), the cheapest lead pointed to a different winning advert than the cheapest application. We can see this because 74% of all 25,662 submissions on our forms up to 10 September 2026 can be linked to a specific advert, and since August 2024 almost all of them. The figures are on our figures page.
Measuring does not stop at the application: candidates can also drop out during selection, for instance at an automated interview. More on that in Do candidates drop out of AI interviews?
The signals throughout the funnel
For each vacancy and each channel, we look at signals like these. Which ones weigh heaviest differs per target audience.
- Reach and click-through
- Are the right people seeing the campaign, and is the message interesting enough to click on?
- Inflow per channel
- Which channel delivers applications, and at what effort? That's where we shift budget.
- Quality of the inflow
- Not just how many people apply, but how many pass screening and show up for the interview.
- Speed in the funnel
- How long does a candidate spend in each stage? Wherever it stalls, it costs candidates, so that's where we step in.
- Drop-off per step
- Where do candidates drop out: in the form, after first contact or when interviews are being scheduled?

You see the same numbers we do
TRANSPARENT
You receive regular reports with the state of the funnel, what we adjusted and why. So you see not only what your recruitment delivers, but also what we learn about your target audiences along the way. Those reports and learnings stay available to your organisation, even after the campaign. We keep our own advertising data, beyond the 37-month window Meta retains, and check it every month against Meta's account totals.

Frequently asked questions about data and optimization
Continuously. We monitor performance weekly and step in as soon as an ad, channel or funnel step performs below expectations. We align major shifts in direction with you; small optimizations we implement right away.
The same numbers we steer by: inflow per channel, progress per funnel step, quality of the inflow and time to hire. How we define those terms is set down in our measurement methodology, so every report can be checked and verified.
Then we shift budget and attention to what does work. Sometimes the channel is the problem, more often it's the message or the funnel step behind it. The data tells us where to look, and with every adjustment we explain why.
The insights about your target groups and campaigns are part of our partnership with you. How we handle data and confidentiality is set down for each partnership, so there's never any ambiguity about it.
Yes, although the conclusions are more cautious then: less data means wider margins. That's exactly when our experience from comparable campaigns helps us steer in the right direction faster than if you relied on your own numbers alone.
